Please note that from the moment the only airlines that are accepting Mexicana protections are AA and AC, therefore, our Call Center only will protect passengers with these carriers, according to the conditions at intra net PCMX.

Furthermore, as a unilateral initiative, the following airlines offer special fare to affected passengers, according to the following:

• The passenger should contact the airline offering special rates directly.
• Must present PNR or invoice of the affected flight.
• The conditions of fares will be determined by the airline.
